Any advice on how to keep the 2H wielders alive? Mine tend to get arrowed down eventually.Īlso, i dont love the septum either, but it isnt terrible early on, the bonus spear accuracy helps. In the past I've done this was 2h axes, where mastery wouldn't really be needed unless you want to use the mansplitter (I don't spend time breaking shields, other than schrats shields). Having potentially 4 dagger attacks with berserk would be nice for alps. In fact one combo would be to use the 2h mace, then use the last 3 ap to finish them off with the dagger. Therefore, this may be a good merc to put dagger mastery on so that he can use the 2h mace often, but then use the dagger as needed (quick hands). The 2h mace is really nice, for example, but I don't often use strike down. They all seem weak.įor daggers: Some 2h weapons have a special attack that isn't used much, but the weapon is still good. I guess I'm not a fan of the spetum, 3-headed flail, or goed-whatever (the spear/mace hybrid). Not sure what the worst one is, most have their uses. Well the 2h sword is the best general-purpose weapon, but I enjoy using the warscythe provided I'm not fighting orc warriors. Was curious if anyone was using dagger mastery and how they built around it as well. Not really digging flails or handaxes as much, too much stamina use although they are clearly nice in some situations. Range, great raw damage, nice random decapitations, and shield counter all in one. Originally posted by MagnusGrey:Just curious what other people thought were solid choices.
